Bay Area Land Clearing ("we," "us") operates a directory and lead-matching service connecting Bay Area landowners with local land-clearing and related operators. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We've kept it plain-English on purpose.

When you submit a quote request or operator listing, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, phone (optional), location/county, and details about your project. We may also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your information solely to (1) match your request with relevant local operators, (2) follow up about your inquiry, and (3) improve the service. That's it.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it beyond what is necessary to connect you with operators relevant to your request.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored securely in our database (Supabase). We retain them only as long as needed to operate the service.
Your California rights (CCPA)
California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of any sale of personal information (we don't sell it). To make a request, reach us through the contact form.
